Dave Kindell
David Kindell took over as President of BBSA in 2016 after spending 20+ years as Vice President, Compliance Officer, and Vice President of Lending. He has been very active on many community organizational boards including: Board of Directors of BBSA, Brookville Local Schools Board of Education including President for several years, President of the Brookville Rotary Club, President of Church Council and served on the Brookville Chamber of Commerce. He has been active in coaching at all levels in the Brookville Schools District. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Management from Urbana University.
Rob Rutherford
Rob Rutherford is the CFO and Vice President of BBSA. He is a twenty-eight year veteran of the financial industry, including previous experience as Chief Lending Officer and Commercial Lender. Rob also has over nineteen years of experience in his family’s accounting firm helping both individuals and small business owners. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Financial Services from Wright State University.
